About Wendy Woods

Wendy Woods: I'm a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I am a certified Massage Therapist through Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado. I work at META MVMT as a Corrective Exercise Specialist. My educational background is in Dance/Movement Therapy. (B.A., Naropa University). I've been a Certified Advanced Yoga Instructor since 1998 through International Sivananda Vedanta Organization. Currently, I'm focusing on honing my skills as a Qigong Practioner to enhance my skillset as a Personal Trainer.
